Text Box: How it works

Text Box: Once you call, you will speak with a technician who will gather all necessary information to process your request.  You will be asked such information as payment method and specific problem with computer.

Text Box: Once completed, you will be asked to automatically install the software and grant permission to allow remote access.  You can regain control of your computer and disconnect at any time.

Text Box: Your technician will guide you to the website to fill-out a support ticked.  The support ticked sends a message to Marcom requesting support.
